OK I am starting again. I am better at countdowns and deadlines than just making a slow life change. I need to be able to measure something and watch progress or I just stop doing it. So with my new scale and the YouTube live counter I hope I will watch BOTH numbers go down. I am going to get off my fat ASS and work out everyday and make smart food choices. I will keep you guys updated.

@katiecla88 i know, that was like 2 years ago, i was just watching all of these and i was like AWWW BABYTARD IS SO WITTLE SO CUTE and my mom was like, who’s babytard? then i had to explain to her the concept of “The beard man” other than me, everyone in my family knows Shay by the name of the beard man because we watched his live show when he shaved his beard on my grandma’s b-day.

i know this video is super old, but a few years ago i went through a weight loss phase where i lost a great deal of weight and kept it off (wow i sound like one of those commercials… for ringtones or sex) and if you want to talk about it send me a PM. I weighed 347.6 pounds (i use the metric system but im user friendly) as a 6″2′ man and worked my weight down to 193.6 pounds, without any dieting and pretty minimal amount of exercise. It took a year but the weight stayed off and i added muscle.
