Hi Everyone, So this is just a short video showing some pictures of my weight loss so far. I intend on keeping you all updated as I continue losing weight and making more videos. Hope you like it, feel free to leave any comments and any weight loss tips etc, please don’t be too harsh though Thanks!

@Theaggravater07 1 stone means 14 lbs so losing 2 stones will be losing 28 lbs… if you want to know your weight in stone then take you weight and divide it by 14

Hi, I’m a little new at this so i guess i will just come out it . Did you have sugery to loose or what is it you have done to loose the weight ? You very good keep it up i could really use some advice i’m a 35 lady i was 145lbs then my dad passed 8 months ago so i have been an emotional eater i am now 200lbs so you pretty no were i’m heading i am trying very hard hope to here from you soon .You look awesome !

You got a beautiful face:D You can reach your goal, just dont go any further. After you have reached you goal you still have to train, but the positive side is that you can eat more not junkfood if course;) Good luck!:D
