thats some good advice i didnt know you could cheat one day out of the week and still be burning calories through out the week.I use to think if i cheated i messed up.I tried a strick diet that only lasted 2 weeks it just made me more hungry

I have a journal that I wrote how being overweight makes me feel, reasons why I want to lose weight, rewards, and I also write in there everything I eat and drink, and one small goal to reach for each week. I’ve had lots of ups and downs but one thing is true….I still haven’t given up!

My best tip is drink alot of water, it serves so many functions.
I have lost 20 pounds over the last few months and i’ve used every single one of those tips to aid in my weight loss. They work!!

These tips are great! I’m starting a log of everything I eat now. The big meals thing was helpful too. I always stress out about making exceptions. Now I will just accept the fact that I will eat poorly every so often and it will help me stick to a diet
