‘Loser’ hopes to inspire others
WARREN – Bill Germanakos knew he had to do something when he couldn’t fit in a roller coaster ride with his daughter and then couldn’t get out of it. Germanakos, who lost 164 pounds on the NBC show ”The Biggest Loser” in 2007, told a crowd of about 120 people at Lincoln K-8 School on Thursday that was the signal that he had to lose weight – especially as other riders hurled insults at him.
