You should research a little harder when giving advice because you have alot of incorrect facts in your video, but I know you mean well

another great way is to Vegeterian
Cut out the land meat, but fish is fine, the best fish you an eat is salmon.
My GF is a Vegeterian and she has a perfect body.

I heard when it comes to water, you should drink at least half your body weight in ounces per day. (a 200lb person should drink at least 100 oz of water per day)
