I&#8217;m also hoping to play volleyball from my school this year, and I&#8217;d like to be in better shape(and have nicer legs for the shorts, lol.) so I can play well.<br />

how long I should run/jog<br />
what I should wear<br />
any other important things that a novice jogger should know</p>
