I have begun trying to eat healthier, but I still need a form of exersive to work my body. I thought jogging or running would be fun, because I&#8217;ve always kind of enjoyed it. I&#8217;m also hoping to play volleyball from my school this year, and I&#8217;d like to be in better shape(and have nicer legs for the shorts, lol.) so I can play well.<br />
I am 5&#8242;5, 135 pounds, and I&#8217;m a girl(despite my avatar)<br />

what stretches I should do<br />
what time of day is best<br />
how long I should run/jog<br />
what I should wear<br />
any other important things that a novice jogger should know</p>
