How long should it take to see results from jogging/walking?
I started jogging one mile and 3 miles powerwalking with leslie salnone, and trying to do it 3-4x a week. Just curious if people can see results from doing this, and approx when should I see some result?

I’m currently jogging 2.5 miles a day, 6 days a week. I will be pushing it up to 5 miles in a few days. I know an extra 2.5 miles may seem excessive, but my original 2.5 mile route consisted of a mile up a hill, so it shouldn’t be too hard.
