How does jogging in water compare to jogging on land, for fitness?
Not the kind of water jogging where you jog in deep water, just jogging across a pool in chest deep water?
How does jogging and doing jumping jacks compare?
Usually try to go to the gym and jog 2 miles in 20 minutes for a cardio workout.
But sometimes I can’t get a ride/don’t have time or I have to stay inside cause of weather.
How do jumping jacks compare to jogging? How many jumping jacks would equate to, say, a mile of jogging?
How does jogging in a pool compare to jogging on land?
I am curious if jogging in a pool is equivalent to jogging on land for exercise purposes. Which burns more calories? Are the benefits the same. I don’t like to swim laps so I jog in place or tread water in the deep end.
