Tony Horton is really entertaining and makes getting through the hardest moves much easier &#8211; some of his humor shows here. This is one of the best Beachbody workouts available, and is perfect both for getting ready for P90X as well as a post-P90X workout to stay in shape. I usually burn over 900 calories on this one. BRING IT!</p>
