What is the fastest way to burn fat on calves, thighs, hips and stomach?
I want to lose a little weight and get healthy, but I’m a senior in high school, and have very little time to exercise. Are there exercises that will burn fat quickly in the places I mentioned that don’t take too long? I’m trying to eat right and drink more water, too.
If its too rainy to go jogging, can you make it up by excersing using your calves and thighs?
