What kind of diet sodas actually taste good?

Just got my braces and I can’t drink anything with a high sugar content but my dentist says that diet sodas are ok.

What type of ab exercise actually yields results within the shortest amount of time?

I’ve been using Denise Austin and Billy Blanks ab workouts, and not just ab, but also lower body, weight training, and aerobics. It’s been weeks and I haven’t noticed a difference. What other workout trainers and videos actually yield results quickly?

What is the best, effective, Abdominal workout where you will actually immediatly see results?

I know eating healthy is part of it, but what are some (if not the best) worksouts for the ABS?
