What’s the fastest way to lose love handles?
The only place I gain weight is on the side of my body, around my hips. I’m giongto a wedding and I’m going to wear a tight black dress but the only problem is that my love handles show. How can I lose them in a week?

i would start walking…exercise is good for the brain and body. an watch your carbs. but there is not a whole lot you can do in just one week, but if you are physically fit and walk a lot, just walk and drink a lot of water.
Spanx or Lipo in a box—you can get both on QVC, or maybe locally depending on where you live.
You will be amazed how good you’ll look. Also don’t do lots of carbs and salt for a few days prior, you’ll lose a lot of water which can make you seem slimmer.

You can’t! The only thing you could do to lose weight that quickly (which is not recommended or safe) is by sweating out water weight through exercising or the sauna, or by not drinking. Again, not recommended. You have to have time to lose weight. That is a lot of downers for people who need to lose weight. They have an unreal expectation that they can lose the weight the second they take a pro active step in their diet. And when they don’t get the results in two days, they give up. To lose those love handles, you would have to go to the gym and do 30-40 minutes of cardio 5-6 times a week. And even still, this would take some time. Why don’t you change your diet, cut your daily calorie intake by 500 and start working out. In the meantime, by a dress that is more flattering on your body. I hope this helped.
Side bends are awesome. I do about 60 on each side a day with 25 lb dumbbells. If you don’t have any weights you can do them by holding a broom stick and just leaning from side to side.
What’s I’ve also found to be great is bicycles. You do these by laying on your back >> bending your legs >> touching the opposite knee to the opposite. Bicycles not only help with your sides but the work the lower, mid, and upper abs. Do about 3 sets of 60 and you should be good each. If 60 istoo much for you to start off with do 30 and move up to 60.
Well, I don’t know if you can lose them in a week, but something tight will not compliment what you are trying to hide. You can however accessorize or add to your outfit to help out such as a long blazer, or a beaded shawl to wear over the dress that is of the same colour and very sheer, and sleek looking, with a matching dinner purse. In the meanwhile, you can make an appointment with your family doctor, and enquire about going on a healthy diet and fitness program that may be available to you. Be not discouraged, but rather focused on goal! Gain support from friends and invite them with you to your committed program. Don’t hesitate to ask them along, it will only give you strength to push further until you believe in yourself enough to keep going. Love handles, can disappear if you put your mind to it… Here are some easy ways… I like easy… and when the excess has disappeared, treat yourself to something nice…

Set yourself mini goals that are easy to meet… Start with how much water you would like to add to your daily intake, and make that one goal…. Another could be about eating raw veggies every day… Each week could be a new goal. But make them easy….
