True. I’m working out for like 4 months now, started of with a fat precentage of 24.2 & a weight of 84.2 kgs.
Now i’ve got a fat% of 18.6 & a bodyweight of 88.9! Steadily getting there!
I’m totally agree with you. i also had the same problem i was 1,80 and i was weighting 55 kilo so i decide to begin eating regularly. 4 meal daily and fruit between them. and now I’m 62 kilo in 10 months but I’m practice judo so i don’t gain weight easily.

do you even have to ask dude? Check out what a microwave does to the proteins and vitamins in food. Also, the shelf life for Microwave popcorn is around 3-4 years, anything that will last that long is loaded with preservatives that interfere with your bodies chemistry. Not to mention how unhealthy grains are for us. Stay away from GMO junk food bro, go fresh, stay healthy.

Not to mention the food additives in the fast food. Check out what MSG does to your blood sugar, on top of all that sugar and caffeine. It’s like getting high, and it can be addictive…
