@VectorArrow – You’re right. Fat loss is PRETTY evenly distributed throughout the body. More to the point you cannot spot reduce. You can firm (or tone) the muscles with weight resistance exercises. You burn fat off of the body through diet and cardio.

Really awesome job! I started yesterday; butt and weight toning, arm strengthening, abs( my biggest prob -already have “fiber” issues-) and those bothering love handles, and this vid girl is harsh, you make it look so easy !!
PS. you’re killing me w/ those outfit girl, they’re gorgeous :)

i want to get rid of my love handles & might try this at home, but i don’t know, it doesn’t look too easy. i would probably have to do it every day of the week to get any sorta results.
