I want to lose some fat on my stomach.I want to lose my love handles too.What is th fastest way?I am going on a cruise soon (2 weeks)and i want to be able to take my shirt off..lol

Eat nothing but fruits and veggies for the next two weeks and get ATLEAST 60 mins of exercise EVERY DAY!!!! Good luck and have fun on the cruise!!!

this may sound like i’m playin but seriously when you have sex do it in the push up position that way the exercise will feel good and hurt at the same time also do a lot of situps and breathing exercises to exercise your lungs and stomach good luck

swimming is a great way to lose those love handles cause it causes you to twist your torso back and forth also to tone try some weight side extensions

What I did was I ran for 1 hour in the morning then did sit-ups then I did the same later in the evening and I didn’t eat any greasy foods and I lost all my belly fat and love handles

You have to lose weight in general. You can’t lose fat from just one area, no matter what the ab machine commercials tell you. You need to change your body fat percentage to get the fat to go away.

Do hard cardio for an hour a day and cut your daily calorie intake by 750. That is the best way to go.

Run or jog at least a mile 4 times a week if you cant do it every day. Eat veggies, fruits and lots of water. No breads, pastas, junk food, sodas, or anything. Just veggies and fruit. & lean meat. Get plenty of sleep so you dont feel too tired. If you must snack, an apple or even cereal will be okay. make sure the cereal is not the sugary type. Hope this helps. I think you should eat only fruits and vegetables,walk or run daily.No soft drinks no alcohol, Try and not stave yourself that just makes your body store fat,the body thinks that it will need the stored fat for later So eat ..Overall really concentrate on your goal.Or you could just say the heck with it and let people love you the way you are..Cause they aint love handles if aint nobody lovin on you

I don’t think there’s any ‘quick’ way as such. 2 weeks should make a fairly good difference though. I used a program of diet and exercise I found at http://www.loseyourlovehandlesfast.com – if you put in the work you WILL see the difference. Mine aren’t completely gone but they’re starting to look alot better.
