Are you right handed? If you are, that would explain it because there is a stronger synapse connection to the brain from the right side of your body and vice versa for left handed people. I myself am left handed.

This is usually why bodybuilders find one side of the body a lot harder to train and achieve the same muscle growth as the other side.

@031004 Whatever works for you I prefair doing the normal oblique exercises..she looks a bit butch imo..I better stop working out I am starting to look too good.

I did this on my right side and really felt a burn and it was wonderful. But when I attempted this on my left side, I did not feel the work out and only strained my neck…could my left side be less coordinated?

@dustysnoop i did this though and i actually favorite it. actually i just do the first method she uses. ive lost a lot of love handle fat i went down two pant sizes but i was also mixing in other workouts

BORNremedy is right. Cardio is what makes fat go away. You can build and have great ab muscles but if you don’t do cardio then they hide underneath fat tissue.

just do 15- 20 minutes of cardio then go straight onto one of these exercises, if u dont do the cardio , your fucked , youll be doing this exercise for ever and not seing alot of results
