How can I lose love handles quickly?
I want to lose 10-15 lbs and my problem areas are those pesky love handles and my stomach. I go to the gym 3 days a week and go on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then lift weights. Two days a week I walk approximately 3 miles. I have also limited myself to roughly 1500 calories a day. So my question is what food helps the best to lose weight safely, but also helps get rid of love handles more quickly? Also, how long until I start seeing results with this current routine? Thanks.

It’s never going to be an easy process I’m afraid. I’d consider myself to be reasonably fit and healthy but still had love handles.
