You have an exercise machine… Get on it… If you do it 3-5 days a week for at least 60 minutes you should lose those love handles…

First, warm up for 5 minutes. Easy pace. Then for 3 minutes, run in the intensity of 7 out of 10 scale. After that, cool off for 2 minutes with the intensity of 3 out of 10. This 3-min & 2-min running pattern is one set. Do three sets. After that, cool off for 5 minutes.

Stand straight with your legs spread apart about your shoulder length. Then raise both of your hands high in the air. Put your palm together. Now try to make 90 degrees with your body by leaning either left or right. If you are leaning left, your arms and your left leg should make 90 degrees (now I know 90 degrees is a rediculous number, but I just want to show you what form you should be making). When your body is bent left (sideways), pull your body back to straight position, by pulling your right oblique (muscles one the sides of your body). Don’t use your back or any other muscles. You should pull your body up, only with oblique muscles. Bending left, then bending right. This is one repetition. Do 10 of these, and it will be your 1 set. Try to do about 2 sets a day, but if you are physically advanced, you should increase the sets. Be careful to not overwork your obliques. When you are working out your obliques, you won’t notice the pain, but on the next day, your sides will be very sore. Since the pain can’t stop you from overworking, you should know when to quit.
