What is the best way to lose my belly fat and love handles?
Everytime I do any cardio, I just lose fat from other places instead of my stomach or love handles. I am definitely not fat, I just have fat in those spots and I am afraid to skip cardio and just tone them, becuase I do not want the muscle to grow under the fat. I want a flatttt stomach.

There is no way to lose fat from a specific part of your body. It will only come off as it pleases. The key it to keep doing your cardio. Eventually you will lose your belly fat, and love handles.

Probably, more than exercise, you have to consider what you are eating, and drinking. If you measure your BMI using counters found on sites like nutritiondata.com, and determining the amount of calories you need to maintain, you will find that, by eating better calories, you can eat fewer of them, and you will lose fat in those areas you WANT to lose…because it is more the fact that your body is doing the loss by reusing the fuel it already has in storage.

Maybe you should try looking into a low sodium dieta. I think you’d be amazed at the amount of water weight we’re all carrying around!
sit ups, jogging at least 2 miles every other day and eating right
muscle cant grow under your fat belly, its not possible.
make loveevery night, and dont tell him you are trying to lose weight.
keep doing cardio
it will soon get that weight off
in those areas
