If she want to lose weight she needs to consume less calories than she burns, work out 3 - 4 times a week and lift weights. 12 - 15 reps for lean muscles.

For making sure you&#039;re running correctly, I always advise that you time yourself for 3 miles, on each mile. Reduce each mile by 30 seconds and work at that.

Also, eat lots of protein and good carbs. Cut back on sweets. You can still eat them, but you need to use moderation.</description>
