I don’t mind the way he trains but I dont get why he says that you can’t cheat at pulls ups or dips. Anyone seen a crossfit pullup? lol. Or kicking your legs when you’re dipping. I’d say the two exercises you really can’t cheat on are squats and deadlifts.

This dude dont know shit about technique… HE SUX!

I don’t like the way vince del monte trains, he does it like weight throwing instead of weight lifting. He works out too fast and his muscles are not getting the necessary negative movement to grow up more.

He said he CAN’T even lift 375, you fucking idiot.

@lzroelchen12 first of all, im pretty sure he was lifting about 135 (and obviously he can lift more than that. this is an instructional video. all he is showing is the lifts and the correct technique)…and second, i agree with banjobickley.

im 14, have six pack, muscular legs, big biceps, triceps, im goin into teen bodybuilding contest soon, and i cant even lift 375.
