he gives good adivce…but who is sitting around watching the new indiana jones movie? lol

By gangupnow on June 9th, 2010 at 2:39 am

@Ultimatebrownstuff thats exactly what i do, cadio and strength training.
thanks for trying.

By Ultimatebrownstuff on June 9th, 2010 at 3:35 am

I think you can balance both to be honest, due to oxygen blood flow when running, and it can also enhance recovery periods faster.
But if you’re just specifically looking for scientific reasons, there are so many myths out there its hard to find just a positive answer. Sorry I can’t help you on this one.
But with advice, I do both. Weight training, and also Plyometrics for cardio. Just make it a High Intensity Interval Training. Short and sweet! Sorry though =(

@Ultimatebrownstuff i was looking for science beind it.
when body needs energy outside your intake it burns fat BUT if body doesnt have fat it starts to digest muscle. only if there is no fat available. (anorexia patients)
how come cardio trigers muscle digestion when there is fat present?

By Ultimatebrownstuff on June 9th, 2010 at 5:16 am

@gangupnow burns off not only fat, but also muscle mass/strength. Cuz you’re trying to be as light as possible.

biggest most advices thrown at me lol brilliant advice

By cynwickedcool on June 9th, 2010 at 5:57 am

Hey youre really good at what you do, ive been taking the advice you give on your vids for the foods to eat and it has really worked for me! im more aware about what im doing now, thanks so much!

By gangupnow on June 9th, 2010 at 6:00 am

how does cardio makes you small ?

By TKEryan1007 on June 9th, 2010 at 6:21 am

Yea I would have to say that I dont agree with this guy at all… Just working on one specific muscle group will not target a fat loss in just that area… Fat is lost through the whole body, even under the muscles… Whenever you do any exercise you are burning fat around your body; however, the amount of fat being burned depends on your energy output… think of your body as an ice cube ; when you start to heat up your body (working out) you being to melt ( the fat)…

By HyperColours on June 9th, 2010 at 6:46 am

I saw the thumb nail for this video and that this guy is going to talk a pile of crap, but I’m surprised as everything he said is spot on good advice.

It helps is a person monitors how much water they drink, its vital for fat loss.

By joszna90 on June 9th, 2010 at 7:40 am

@UvBeenPwn were you doing that on a treadmill? if u were what speeds did you do?

By 1xSuperman on June 9th, 2010 at 8:13 am

@canuckman87 just because he has a good body doesn’t mean that he knows what he’s talking about. I don’t even want to start on half of the bullshit I have heard in his videos.

By canuckman87 on June 9th, 2010 at 8:59 am

@xenoepist

Indeed. He has built hmself a great physique, I’ll takhis advice.

By Lordruthstrom on June 9th, 2010 at 9:57 am

Thanks bro! REALLY good advices!

By xenoepist on June 9th, 2010 at 10:18 am

@Robodisco I totally agree! many of these guys think they know it all and neglect advice from other people. I don’t think Mr. DelMonte knows everything there is about body building, but he surely knows a lot, more than me and many of the guys posting S%^T about him.

By dingdongditcher69 on June 9th, 2010 at 10:47 am

@shalonwee alright ty

By shalonwee on June 9th, 2010 at 11:03 am

@dingdongditcher69 Those cerials suck ass and you are not eating enough to boost your metabolism. That meal plan is going to make you store fats.

By Mercedes9517 on June 9th, 2010 at 11:24 am

Out of all these diet related videos! Vince you make a whole lot of sense! I have been researching loosing weight and all of the things you said not to do I did so I am proof that you are right!. Thank you for providing clean good information on weight loss and changing you body and mind. Keep up the good work and ignore the negative press!

By iowahawk4life23 on June 9th, 2010 at 12:11 pm

this guy doesn’t bullshit around which is something that a lot of people need mainly bc they don’t want to work hard for a good body, and just want to make excuses as to why they don’t have a good body…they enjoy bitching way too much to shut up and just work hard for that body…

By YusufSoccer14 on June 9th, 2010 at 1:02 pm

why does he say i wanna see our six pack in the end?

By dingdongditcher69 on June 9th, 2010 at 1:37 pm

ok so i eat raisen bran/ special K for breakfast. salad for lunch. fruit for supper. i do 1 mile a night 30 push ups and 75 crunchs a day. what am i doing right/wrong?

By Robodisco on June 9th, 2010 at 2:06 pm

@martynblackburn1977 it might be down to what they are eating, body builders eat an awful lot and sometimes more than what any weight session can burn off

By Robodisco on June 9th, 2010 at 2:39 pm

@weepaul666 the same people abusing this guy will still be looking up these kind of videos in 10 years as they would have spent more time abusing the guy giving advice instead of putting the advice to good use

By weepaul666 on June 9th, 2010 at 2:48 pm

@Robodisco The type of people that don’t have anything going for themselves in life, so they have others that are successful

By drjd2real on June 9th, 2010 at 3:00 pm

@shussey100 You might care and that’s good, but you probably are in the 5% that do. I just get sick of people asking me for workout tips that could care less about following through. Everyone wants to do low impact stuff, which is for old people or someone coming from injury. If you don’t feel some kind of pain or soreness the next day, you went to the gym for nothing. it’s not supposed to be easy! if most cared about their looks Burger King would be out of business. Think about it?
