Bananas=Potassium,and natural sugars
Vanilla Soy Milk (Silk)=Calcium and other Nutrients
Cinnamon=tastes good!
_edit_
even though you may be on a diet, completely cutting out sugar will make you feel tired and sluggish, also you need to make sure you are getting enough carbohydrates(brain fuel).
You can diet, but don’t make yourself miserable in the process.
Just stay away from trans fats,saturated fats,and refined sugars.
If you feel the munchies coming on, steer yourself towards raw fruits and vegetables, or steamed is just as good.
blueberries
strawberries
raspberries
banana
almond nuts for protein
Honey is a good alternative.
Or chop some bananas and mix it in. Or add other fruits like berries, chopped strawberries.. etc.
fresh berries; sliced bananas; sliced peaches …… or just sprinkle a little cinnamon on them
i htink maybe strawberries or maybe blueberries ps for a midnight snack try some kiwi
Bananas, Fresh Fruit, Yogurt, Ganola
a dear friend told me that she was reading a study done by some collage in the states that..when rats were given cornflakes for an extended period of time and other rats were given the box that the cereal came in for the same amount of time…the conclusion was that the rats that ate the box were healthier..i didn,t read this myself.just a thought
personnally i like oatmeal
You can put some fruit in it.
Fruit is always a good addition to cornflakes, however, if you prefer them simply with sweetener, try Stevia. It is a natural sweetener with no calories and does not have the nasty after-taste you get with artificial sweeteners.
You can find it in the spice area of some grocery stores, or in health food stores.
