How I try to be healthy, haha. I’m 5′8.5″, 174cm, a bit over 120 lbs, or around 55kg. I’m trying to lose a few more lbs. Tips: – Drink a glass of hot water or lemon water first thing in the morning to flush out system – Always eat breakfast, eat your carbs in the morning – Spread out meals into 6 small meals a day – No sugar or carbs for dinner, low salt for dinner – No eating 4 hours before bed time – Watch your sauces, creamy sauces are high in calories – Dinner should be the smallest meal – Count your calories, I stick to around or under 1000 a day on the weekdays when I’m trying to lose weight – You don’t need 2000 calories if all you do is sit around – Exercise Foods in my regular diet: Apples, other fruits, plain oatmeal, fat free yogurt, coffee (with cream only), unsalted mixed nuts, egg, vegetables, baby carrots, celery, rotisserie or grilled chicken, tomato soup, green tea, dark chocolate, tuna Foods I never/rarely eat: Juices (bottled), soda, artificial drinks, pizza, cheese, burgers, hot dogs, fried food, cake, cookies, sweets, chips, salty snacks, ice cream, bread My favorite foods: Hot pot, sukiyaki, shabu shabu, Korean BBQ, Taiwanese food, steak, ribs My weight loss story: www.fuzkittie.com Music: Mika’s Song by Yiruma Intro: Rainism by Rain

@BettyBoopBoots The asian BMI is smaller since asians have smaller frames. And that’s the truth. Yoona from SNSD’s BMI is 17.2 but she’s perfectly healthy. She’s always had a thin frame and she’s not sick. Same with Sooyoung from SNSD. She’s skinner than Yoona but an inch taller. Healthy Healthy Healthy.

So you can’t generalize for every person. Are you asian? Do you know the normal for asians? So leave her alone.

Just get all your food groups Fuz and sleep! Stay healthy!

you’re cute, but you’re a bit boring… i’m realy sorry :(

I think this is not a diet its just a healthy
life style… Everything she sad is right and the ones
who live healthy like she does are doing the right thing….
And BDW I think her figure is normal becouse Asian have
a different bone structure… Rihanna has 3kg less and she
looks normal too (even shes not Asian)…

What kind of consultant are you? sounds like a great job, get to travel a lot :D

In asian countries you see thin girls everywhere, so it becomes the NORM. It’s unusual to see any 50kg plus girls on the streets, so you don’t want to be …uh… abnormal.

did people seriously listen to this girl’s voice for the length of this video? UGH it’s driving me nuts..I’m giving up at 3:40

I often eat before bedtime! growly tummy = difficulty sleeping for me!! :-P

you’re crazy, you’re already fit, unless you want to be a model, you don’t need to be this skinny, whoever listen to your advice is dumb! really unhealthy!

@BettyBoopBoots I agree 1000 is low and I think she doesn’t need to lose anymore weight. But you can’t deny most of her recommended healthy food to eat and unhealthy food not to eat are pretty spot on.
Maybe it’s because she used to be heavier, maybe it’s society influence, but everyone has SOME unhealthy mentalities (like losing weight when you are already thin or keep eating when you are already obese). Don’t be so harsh. At least she’s eat healthy. Not enough carbs perhaps but nevertheless.

lol I think at your height, 120 lbs is as thin as you should “try” to get!
Eating healthy is good though… I agree with most of your recommended healthy food (and the food to cut down). You’re right that you don’t need 2000 calories if you just sit around all day, which is likely in an office environment, but under 1000 calories is way to little… 1200-1500 perhaps… but I mean as long as you eat when you feel hungry it’s not starvation right? lol…

dang im lucky i was forced to eat healthy i had and still have acid reflux, im borderline lactose, and i was malnurished for awhile so i got into the habit of eating well. i used to be only 105 Ibs( im 5″11) and now im 138 pounds and 90% of me is muscle. my diet consist of alot of protein and i dont worry to much about calories cause those burn off easy for me

ignore the other comments I’ve been doing nutrition and dieting for last few years and your diet plan is spot on though maybe 2-300 cal a bit low but it’s still healthlier then being 2-300 over. and it’s all about the health quality of the food. you can starve yourslef with a 4000 cal diet if you don’t have enough of the things you need. but seems like a pretty good system you got there. ^_^

Sugar speeds up aging of the skin..it is best to avoid processed sugars.

Also a great idea to supplement with some sort of high quality greenfood bar or drink if you can’t get the daily recommended value of fruits and vegs.

Soy is great for antiaging and weight management ..but, like anything else, moderation is key. Too much soy can be detrimental to health.
