If you do not like taking pills then why are you going to take a pill to try losing weight? Dont bother. Too expensive and they dont work worth sh*t anyways. Those companies have been known to pay people to say certain things for the “testimonials” on numerous sites, and the people they pose for pictures advertising those products have admited to never even using the product. Its all just bad stuff to get your money. I firmly believe it can prevent you from losing weight when exercising though, as it makes you so sick and feel like crap.

try reading the reviews here http://www.kettlebellreviews.org/ .

From there, you can make right decision.

i agree dear, pills will always have their side effects, maybe not now, but sure, they will in the later time.

I still believe more on the power of exercise and free movements rather than operations and artificial ways to lose weight.

hope you get what you want real soon.

the best fat burner is exercise and a proper diet. Just eat so that you aren’t hungry and are about 70-80% full and eat more colorful vegetables and fruits while trying to limit unhealthy saturated and trans fats. Then exercise just enough with cardio to burn excess calories ( i prefer to run or swim for cardio). Don’t take pills. They suck. All just scams and the easy, lazy, unhealthy way out . Good luck!!
