		<description>i could be wrong but i believe that provided your outputting more energy during your day that you input, youll lose weight. interval training is a good way to to get your heart rate up and use all the energy youve put into your body during the day. eat smaller servings. make it a healthy feed, dont skip breakfast, and be active during your day:) everbodys comments have been quite helpful too so cheers</description>

		<description>crunches dont work!  do high intensity running or interval running and ull lose fat off ur stomach... then do crunches to build ur ab muscles... it will show more :)</description>
