How do you lose weight with jogging?
I’ve been jogging in the park for a long time now probably 5-6 weeks 4 times a week. I jog for like 3-4 miles without stopping in a pretty good pace and sweat like crazy but i still don’t see any lose of weight and I rarely eat fat and junk food.
How long should it take to see results from jogging/walking?
I started jogging one mile and 3 miles powerwalking with leslie salnone, and trying to do it 3-4x a week. Just curious if people can see results from doing this, and approx when should I see some result?
What’s the best way to dress when jogging in the cold weather?
I’ve heard from a lot of different people to never sweat when its cold out, that’s how you catch a cold. So if I bundle up real good and start jogging, i am going to sweat. But if I don’t, I’ll be freezing. Whats the best approach?
