I recently took up jogging. When I start out, my vision suddenly gets darker and I see a shower of gray spots and my eyes feel like they have a pressure behind them. This goes away after a few minutes of jogging, but I’m wondering why this happens and what causes it?

tht happens to me too. I think it might have to do with low blood pressure, because usually that happens when you get really light headed and feel weak like ur going to faint. It could also be because ur out of shape.

Well this is normally caused by a lack of oxygen. After running for a while you should find that it gets better. Like in a few weeks it should be less intense, your body needs to get used to running. Make sure that you’re eating and drinking water properly. Make sure that you drink at least five glasses full of water a day and eat three meals a day… plus a couple of healthy snacks such as yougurt during the day.
