What’s a better way to lose weight running or jogging?

I heard that you can lose weight faster by jogging versus cardio (running) by keeping your heart rate at a certain beats per minute. Is this correct? I’ve been running about 6 miles/day 5-6 days/week and have not been able to lose weight. What am I doing wrong here?

your building muscle, and eating too much.

You need to calculate how many calories you should be consuming everyday, then lessen this by 250-500 calories.

Losing weight doesnt just depend on amount/type of exercise, it depends on diet too.

Plus, you cant expect to see results over night. keep this up for a month, and you should see results.

Try a rowing machine instead as this does the whole body also try eating a bowl of bran flakes for lunch instead of a sandwich
