		<description>a good speed for jogging or running on a treadmill just depends on how good you are at running. if you can run 6 minute miles a good time would be anything better then that. so pretty muchly a good time is anything better then what you usually get. i dont know about your 4.5 mph is good for running any distance. most people walk 2-3 miles per hour, if i walk really fast i can get up to like 5 mile per hour so i think you should try going at a faster pace then that but you can always lower your time. like go at 6 miles per hour but only run like 20 minutes. im pretty sure if you can run at 4.5 miles an hour for 30 minutes you can get a 10 min mile. another good idea is to run outside because a treadmill can be hard on your feet running on dirt or grass does the least damage to your legs. good luck on running</description>
