I disagree. Why would you breath through your nose? It only takes in 60% of the air as when you breath through your mouth (or something close to that).

But I heard that if you breathe constantly through your nose, you won’t be able to get enough oxygen to your muscles that need it.

if i had a fuken big nose like this guy then maybe I would breath in through my nose lol
put gloves on, long pants, long shirt / or jumper.
aftre 2 mins of jogin, your body tempreture wont let your nose run.

i do normally breath in from my noise then out the mouth but im gunna try the in and out the noise tatic… thanks!
it’s hard to focus on that when your running though I usaly breath in my mouth and out my mouth but I’m gunna try to change that

i try to do it like usain bolt dose.puff up cheeks like a fish and blow it out through a small hole
i find it impossible to breath throught my nose when im running, i cant take air in quick enought i have to breath throught my mouth the whole time.does this mean there is something wrong with me,do i need to see a doctor
eat lots of beans cos farting wen running is like a turbo on a car and it affects the breathin of the runners behind u

2.-pastge it on two more videos
3..hold your breath for 10 seconds
4.-look at your hand
