		<description>Guys - as a fitness instructor, I strongly urge you not to exercise before eating - you need some form of protein especially for Tae Bo.  Secondly, if you do this type of workout before going to bed, simply expect not to sleep.</description>

		<description>In 3 months I lost 13 kilo  by daily walking and stair climbing, my diet has changed to one that is predominantly Low GI.  I&#039;m using these exercises as a way to boost my exercise routines and prevent weight regain.  I&#039;m hoping to lose about 15 to 20 kilo more. Its best to make life style changes than something that is not sustainable.</description>
