of all the exercises, aerobic this is the best I know…give me link to some better exercise and I will be happy…..

we’re all different, i regularly do tae bo (and other workouts) before i go to bed, simple because it’s the most convenient time for me. i don’t have problems sleeping, sure for half an hour or so i’m very awake, but generally when my head hits the pillow exhaustion takes over…

there are other workouts i hate more

Yes, but you will need to go on a diet of water crackers and water for that time and i think you could not help but see a difference. Its not a healthy way of doing things but it might work for weight loss as the body has to either burn fat reserves or die basically (if you only eat water crackers and water).

I know. I have to do this every wednesday in gym and I AB-SOLUTLY HATE THIS WORKOUT!

do you think you can change your body in one week by going crazy and working out hardcore for 115 hours in 1 week?

wel i jus started this today…am not fat am jus 130 pounds..i jus don want to get fat so i better do it….i will see how it works out for me

They do this faaaaaast! I’ve only done this once and had many fail diets.. I am starting a diet tomorrow and i will do this around noon ^^ Wish me luck.. 15 pounds to lose :S

u should always wrk out bfore eating.i dnt recommend wrking out on a full stomach

In 3 months I lost 13 kilo by daily walking and stair climbing, my diet has changed to one that is predominantly Low GI. I’m using these exercises as a way to boost my exercise routines and prevent weight regain. I’m hoping to lose about 15 to 20 kilo more. Its best to make life style changes than something that is not sustainable.

Guys – as a fitness instructor, I strongly urge you not to exercise before eating – you need some form of protein especially for Tae Bo. Secondly, if you do this type of workout before going to bed, simply expect not to sleep.
