Is smoking and jogging a good way to lose weight/keep my weight down?
I plan on jogging 4 miles 3-4 times a week. On the other days, I will probably just walk 1-2 miles. I’m also planning on having a cigarette or two for lunch or dinner every other day. Maybe only once a week. Is this a good plan?

NOOO smoking is NOT a good idea – its terrible for your health and like everything in general. but yes, personally i think jogging is the best exercise somebody can do, and walking is also a great exercise. you roughly burn about 100 cals per mile (give or take a few depending on your weight), so that should really help. but plz do NOT do the smoking. smoking + jogging = bad pizza.
forgot the smoking.if you want keep your weight down stay trim why not try punch bag and skipping its serious workout.
No…smoking is horrible for your health and will make it harder for you to jog during the week. If you are doing to to curb your appetite try chewing gum. If you want a meal substitute, try a protein shake, such as muscle milk, or a fruit smoothie.
This is a joke right? The nicotine in cigarette cause weight loss in the short term, but they counter-act the benefits of jogging. You get some benefits from jogging be moving your muscles, but if you smoke you lose the benefits of exercising your lungs.
Smoking decreases your lung capacity and Jogging increased your lung capacity. If you were to quit smoking and just jog, you would increase your lung capacity and your body will start receiving more oxygen, even at rest. When your body naturally has more oxygen your metabolism will increase and you will digest and process food and calories faster.
The pattern for losing weight is not difficult – eat less food and workout more – the problems appear when we really try to put that into operation! Smoking turns your lungs black within hours and all cigarettes have been chemically altered to cause addiction. Females become addicted within 6-to-7 days. Look up the pics of a baby’s ‘in the womb’ lungs b4 and after his mother smokes. Or go visit someone dying of lung cancer and decide if you want to do that to yourself. Only losers smoke and I’ve never thought of you as a loser. 8~)

*fastfood (max once a week)
*junkfood (max once per 2 weeks)

* white part of an egg
* red part of meat (beef)
*white part of meat (chicken)

*Fiber rich food
activity:
*try to reach your own knees with your mouth evryday while your legs strecthed (to stay elastic)
*routine exercise with proffesional personal trainer
