how many calories an hour do you burn doing this?

By MichaelJacksonpoop on March 31st, 2010 at 2:13 pm

i can do 70 in a minute

By holyburdz on March 31st, 2010 at 2:25 pm

Added from above, it holds the same fundamentals as running with a weight vest

By holyburdz on March 31st, 2010 at 2:38 pm

The added weight can increase the mass of the leg muscles. Addign weight puts more of a strain on the body, thus making the workout even more difficult for added challenge, muscle growth, and you can still increase the reps, adding weight doesn’t have to take away that factor, you just have to work up to it.

By vvushurichard on March 31st, 2010 at 2:50 pm

why? what mass of weight to bodyweight ratio? in what way would this be more beneficial thaqn increasing reps?

By holyburdz on March 31st, 2010 at 3:39 pm

You could also incorperate leg weights into this if you wanted.

By vvushurichard on March 31st, 2010 at 4:14 pm

Is this a good cardio weight loss program? Like for burning off fat? I have spent about 3 months bulking up and weight training, but now I am about 20 pounds or so more than I wanted, so I want to cut down, lose weight and get some definition.

Due to weather, the neighborhood and such, I do all my cardio at the house, what are some good workouts for cutting the fat?

By johnmighty5 on March 31st, 2010 at 11:02 pm

and you are homo ;)

By TheHuentel on March 31st, 2010 at 11:28 pm

Why not any weights? :)

By randomcommentperson on March 31st, 2010 at 11:41 pm

ur gay

one of the best interval exercises is to run up a steep hill over and over with a bag of weights on your back

go running atleast 3 times a week, have a good diet and dont even think about doing any weights and you’ll be fine
