no one cares about someone running around, it’s normal. so you don’t have to feel embarrassed

Well if you are embarrassed there are other ways that you can exercise like Jogging in your house also who cares what other people think it is for your health to get exercise.

Well I say you should dress in Wind pants and a shirt and jacket if its cold. If its warm, wear jeans or shorts and a T shirt. Just don’t Worry about others around you. Don’t wave to people in cars. If they wave you can Smile or wave back. You should make a map o where you are going to start and finish on your jogging course. You should mark break points and put down a reasonable time of how many minuetes it should take you.
