I usually jog or run at least a mile 4 times a week, but I haven’t been able to lately because it’s been raining to much to run. So, I want to jog in place at home and I was wondering for how many minutes do I need to jog in place for it to equal the distance of jogging a mile?

Depends on how fast you are moving those feet. Haha. I would guess at least 20 minutes of jogging in place would be a mile, but I don’t know for sure. That would be the same as going 4 mph on a tredmill…

Jogging in place is very very ineffective, you’d be better off not doing it at all. You won’t be going at the same pace at all.

Running in the rain is pretty fun, and it’ll be harder for your body. If it’s not raining in the morning or at night, try running then.

Jogging in place is the same thing as regular jogging, you’re still supporting your weight.
