		<description>Running is fantastic exercise and a great stress reliever for many of us, but if you haven&#039;t run before the real key to getting started is a gradual program of escalating exercise.  There are many many schedules on the web and in books.  Of course, you can just increase gradually, but if you&#039;re a beginner, it may be easier to follow an external guide.  I&#039;ve posted the Cool Running Couch to 5K program below.</description>

		<description>start slow- just a few miles then build up. If you have a high school track near you..do what I&#039;ve done jog the straight parts and walk the curve parts (since the track is a oval) then gradually work up to jogging the whole thing. Keep hydrated!</description>
