		<description>I&#039;ve been doing this one for over two months now (along with a few other videos (for toning), for about 30-40 minutes a day) and I had to change it a bit as it got too easy. I added wrist and ankle weights and do some bits faster or longer to make sure I feel like I&#039;ve worked a bit afterwards. I don&#039;t have the money to go to the gym and these are the best exercices I&#039;ve found, so I need to adjust them now. I recommend them to friends and anyone who can&#039;t or doesn&#039;t want to go to the gym!</description>
