yeah i can…crunch 2 sets of 20 slow reps squeezing the abs at the top of the movement.
1 set of 30 twisting crunches.
1 set of side bends using weight. 12 to 15 reps.
do a google search if you do not know how to perform the exercises i have listed.
remember to get the abs showing it is mostly a matter of low body fat percentage but when you get that low body fat you will want your abs to be developed enough to stand out so the exercises are vital!
