		<description>make sure you have enough potasium, and yes, it is supposed to hurt. When I get up from an ab workout, I can barely move for the next 2 minutes. But I don&#039;t think it is cramps, I think it is your muscles whining like a child, because they were made to go outside and play.. In a few weeks, this will all be better. Much better.</description>

		<description>Did you try stretching your abs before hand? And are you doing them correctly?

I knew a girl that told me that she does 300 sit ups a day and I told her then she isn&#039;t doing them right. I then showed her the correct way and she barely did 25.

The correct way is basically lifting your back off the ground as much as possible and going down slow(the slower you go the harder it is).</description>

		<description>well if its right as soon as you do excersizes then you might have a problem or you might be doing them wrong and your body doesnt like it.. eat bananas. the potassium in them helps cramping. but if its like  a few hours later dont worry its normal :)</description>
