Whats a good ab exercise to get a six pack?
I don’t want any answers joking around, or any saying I need to burn fat in order to show my abs. I run alot, so its not a problem. So whats a good exercise that can get a six pack? I would really like someone to answer who has muscles, because you guys must know what your doing.

stay away from excessive sit ups, it will cause a bulge. try crunches, leg lifts, weighted side bends, cable crunch, cross body crunch, decline crunch. if you dont work you obliques youre stomach will look funny
incline crunches with weight like a 35lb plate
do that 15x
then do 15 more without weight (kinda like a burnout set)
leg raises are good two i like doing about 15 or 20 at a time
