Crunches, as many as possible every day!
This is not a well known fact, but the best way to get absolutely ripped six-pack abs is to sit on the couch and eat nothing but chips. This stimulates the abdominal wall and encourages the formation of new muscle. Hope this helps!
pushups and situps
Abs are made in the kitchen. A thousand crunches a day won’t do anything if you aren’t eating properly.
front squat/overhead squat…are great total body exercises planks and side planks bicycle crunches diet
