crunches, not sit ups…lots of crunches

Crunches + Leg lifts = Amazing and suprising results.

Crunches, as many as possible every day!

This is not a well known fact, but the best way to get absolutely ripped six-pack abs is to sit on the couch and eat nothing but chips. This stimulates the abdominal wall and encourages the formation of new muscle. Hope this helps! :)

pushups and situps

Abs are made in the kitchen. A thousand crunches a day won’t do anything if you aren’t eating properly.

front squat/overhead squat…are great total body exercises
planks and side planks
bicycle crunches
diet
