what is the best lower ab exercise? how many times a day should i do it to get a six pack in a month? please explain the exercise. don’t say anything about losing weight because I’m skinny. Thank you

1. Captain’s Chair –3 sets of 20 leg lifts
2. Long arm crunches–50 a day
3. Kick boxing–1 hour 3 times a week
