@strongfp getting ripped abs is A LOT EASIER than getting well developed muscular abs building the abdominal muscles themselves is harder than shedding bodyfat.
leg raises are amazing for abs indeed. Ever since i started doing them I have noticed my core strenght gone up, and it shows through my squatting and deadlifting as the weight has gone up on both exercises since i started training my core.
Cardio and eating healthy is what gets you abs not crazy advanced workouts like this… I got ripped abs from just doing jacknifes, leg lifts and crunches, the rest was just burning off the fat around my abs from 30 minutes of cardio a day and eating right for about a month.
