@ThoughtPatterns somethings have no sugar and calories and somethings have no calories and sugar you can have one without the other. And I don’t like pop because like I said pop makes you more thirsty than you were to begin with. So whats the point?

@Mikkixox9

Sugar contains calories… diet soda does not contain calories and therefore contains no sugar. If someone wants to cite peer-reviewed scientific studies that moderate diet soda consumption is in any way harmful, I would love to read them. You won’t find any, because they don’t exist.

I know its currently cool to be anti-everything, but just because someone claims something it doesn’t make it true without scientific evidence.

@ThoughtPatterns Soda all together isn’t good for you. When you drink pop it makes you more thirsty than before. And just because its zero calories doesn’t mean it doesn’t have lots of sugar!

if i don`t make any exercise how much carbs i shoulde eat?

I am hearing some great results of people losing weight on this product.

@mmaeyen It’s because were not cows or goats. We’re not grain/grass eaters. We’re primates/ fruit and veg eaters.

Carnivores have teeth for killing, not chewing. Their strong digestive acid “melts” down the chunks of meat.

3 Rules:

Eat when you are hungry
Stop when you have had enough
Drink a lot of water

That’s all you need to know.

@ekigekig that is so true

i’ve been eating oatmeal everyday for at least a week and a half now & haven’t noticed much weight change, it seems like more gain than a loss. i’m wondering why so & i drink nothing but water. occasionally some orange peach mango juice but that’s about it. helpppp?

It’s crazy, I know these things, but this video was such a good refresher. I’ve slipped back into some bad habits lately. (I learned to bake)

I think white rice is ok though…cuz I’m Korean and I’ve been eating white rice forever, but my mom puts both brown and white rice together when cooking rice.

By Shokeybutsi on September 1st, 2010 at 7:27 am

white rice is not processed food, skinny asians have been eating it for centuries!

i just said rice is good for you and its a fact that asians are not fat like americans but you guys negative my comments so im pissed and whoever negatives my comments is an idiot and gay person got that!

By EvaShareevA on September 1st, 2010 at 8:23 am

I agree, the reason most people don’t become a vegan or vegetarian is because it is hard. Not a really good reason, but true.
