The ab wheel. I got my ab wheel back when I was in high school… A long time ago! It is the one piece of equipment that got me my six pack… It is also a great total body workout… Go Buy One!

one of the best ab workouts

your skinniness and low body fat is the primary secret to “great abs”. The ab wheel does work though, boxers use it to build abdominal core strength.

i got one n jus started usin it again, bulked up n lost enough fat where its time to rip up the abs

what do u think about this 1 tho – its the same wheel except the handles are offcenter for harder axis

I did a few of these not on the knees but on the feet which was harder. it got my lower abs.

I would like to see someone do it from the feet with feet together not shoulder width and go all the way to the floor chest touching. If you can do 50 perfect one’s on you tube I will send you $500.00 I know someone out there other than my father can do this.

dude, get on your back and do regular crunches until you can’t breath(that will make your lower back hurt too), you need to build strength in your lower back first…crunches, 12 inches, and bicycles will sort of kill 2 birds with one stone, or begin to at least.

Hey I am sure you have great abs, but if you ask a chiropractor they will tell you the ab wheel is death on a stick for your joints and muscles. Its such an unatural motion, plus the purpose of the abdominals is to draw the rib cage to the pelvis, with the ab wheel you provide no resistance to the abs on the way up. Think about it, I didnt mean to crap on your video man just concerned

Hey Sorry for taking so long to respond… when I started out I only did 25 reps of forward and back… I think worked up to 75 then 100. After that I just do it for 3 minutes straight.

Just becarefull because since you are new to it, your lower back will hurt a little. Just take it easy and listen to your body.

Damn 6 dollars… wow yeah you can say I got ripped off I guess. I did see this one that was on a site (I forgot what site is was unfortunately) but it had foot straps too so you can do leg extensions on it…

Thanks for the comment.
