Excellent demonstration of the basic crunch, I look forward to seeing what else you do in your videos! The more advanced thing with the arm is basically to point them parallel to the ground away from the table, I think, this would seem to be the best leveredge for working them.
There is also the option of handweights, however I think the less weight the table has to hold, the better, so I would only move up to them when necesary, meaning when leveredge is maxed out and adding weight is left.
