I’m not fat, I’m like 130lbs, 5″10, I’m a pretty small guy to be honest, but I’d like a stronger core and more defined abs, but every video I goto is about burning fat and diet and all this fat burning, and I just want to tone, whats the best exercise for this?

@ARTHEROPY Not as much fat as prolonged cardio will burn — you simply expend more calories in forty minutes of running than you do in a few minutes of crunches. This exercise will, however, tighten your tummy up a little, and make it easier for you to do all kinds of other exercises safely.

doing 3 X 60 reps with my legs as low as possible. unless i feel tired, then i will raise them to the height in the video.
